The cabriole legs on the Queen Anne aren't turned to a single standard profile the way most reproduction furniture is. Each one is shaped and fitted by hand, which is part of why the chair carries the traditional wingback design properly rather than as a rough approximation of it. The high, winged back is built up over padding rather than upholstered flat, giving genuine support through the shoulders for a chair meant for a study or a fireside spot rather than casual lounging. It's finished in genuine Harris Tweed, woven and stamped with the Orb mark in the Outer Hebrides, hand-fitted to the curved wing panels rather than stretched over in one piece, with leather worked into the detailing and trim. The tweed brings real warmth to a shape that could otherwise feel quite formal, and it wears in gracefully over years of use rather than wearing out. Seat cushions use a supportive foam core wrapped in fibre for lasting comfort. It's a chair built to the same standard as anything else we make, so it isn't one you'll be replacing in a few years. Lead time is four to six weeks, and every piece meets UK fire safety regulations.

• Do not use abrasive or chemical materials such as sandpaper, alcohol, bleach for cleaning the surfaces.
• Protect from contact with sharp objects.
• The thread coming out of any part of the fabrics should never be pulled and torn. It should be cut with scissors without damaging the product.
• Leather can be maintained once a year, using a semi-aniline cream and lightly buffed
