How to Return Your Armchair or Sofa

We want you to love your handmade furniture, and if something isn't right, here's exactly how to return it.

Once your order is delivered, if for any reason you would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days and we will take it from there.

We will arrange collection within seven working days of hearing from you. There is no collection charge, and once your piece is back with us, we will refund you in full.

Please make sure your item is properly packaged for its journey back to us, ideally in the original packaging if you still have it.

Bespoke pieces, made to your own specification rather than chosen from our standard range of materials, are not eligible for return under this policy.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, get in touch straight away and we will sort it, whatever stage your return is at.
