The Burlington is built low and rounded rather than upright, the kind of club chair meant for a corner where sitting and staying matters more than sitting up straight. This version pairs genuine Harris Tweed with distressed vintage leather trim, giving it more texture underhand than the plain leather Burlington. The tweed is woven and stamped with the Orb mark in the Outer Hebrides, available in Herringbone or Check weave, hand-fitted to the frame rather than stretched over in one piece, set against tan or brown leather that will darken and soften with use at its own pace, separate from the tweed. Seat cushions use a supportive foam core wrapped in fibre, built to hold their shape under everyday use. Available as a single chair or as a matching pair either side of a sofa. Frame construction is solid hardwood, upholstered by hand throughout. Lead time is four to six weeks, and every piece meets UK fire safety regulations.

• Clean stains very lightly with warm water and pat dry with a cloth or very lightly dry with a hair dryer.
• Harris Tweed cushions are removable and can be dry cleaned.
• Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent the product from fading.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical materials such as sandpaper, alcohol, bleach for cleaning the surfaces.
• Protect from contact with sharp objects.
• The thread coming out of any part of the fabrics should never be pulled and torn. It should be cut with scissors without damaging the product.
• Leather can be maintained once a year, using a semi-aniline cream and lightly buffed
